This hotel's location couldn't be better! It's directly across the road from the main train station, making it convenient and accessible. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable mattresses for a good night's rest. In the morning, there's a nice breakfast spread with a good range of hot and cold options to choose from.

The front desk personnel could use some improvement in their friendliness towards guests.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being near the main train station and city center. It made it so convenient to explore the city and easily access transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, with the rooms, lobby, and public areas all being kept in pristine condition.

That the room rates were quite high, and it would have been great if they were more affordable. Another disappointment was that breakfast was not included and was quite expensive.

This hotel is a little pricey, but its location and rooms are very good.

We loved staying here! The hotel's location is perfect for us, just across the main train station that made it so easy to travel around. There are lots of metro lines that go through here. The room was spacious with excellent amenities. We especially liked the comfortable beds and the bathroom facilities. Housekeeping was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were quick to attend to all our requests, providing room service, car hire, and even wedding services!

My experience at this functional hotel was excellent. Fairly clean property, loved to be right by train Central Station as well as the downtown thanks to unbeatable location.

Above average breakfast with lots of options, funky and fairly clean place. Bed was very comfy, the room was not only warm, but also functional. They had an early check-in too. Excellent restaurant walking distance to the hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel had good facilities. We were impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate our needs. we recommend Aloft for a pleasant stay.
